Attempt to run the game. Be sure it is logging you into origins and that it registers the game and the DLC's. ALSO be sure to sign into Dragon Age Keep. I dont know if it matters, but do it just in case. I hope that helps. I wasted a year long EA play subscription but I like the series enough to get rid of the whole thing.
I managed to fix the problem by logging into the EA App by clicking on the steam icon above username. It directs you to steam and you just need to follow the instructions indicated. The only way to get text in a language is to buy and install the game from the region you wish. I dowloaded english text files named as russian and replaced the original ones. My experience from people posting here is it is something with EA Play app, and the game usually works correctly on Origin app. People using subscription from Xbox don't have the option to use Origin, but if you have purchased the game, then you SHOULD be able to use the Origin application.

Download that Profileoptions.rar in message #47, exctract rar file and there is instructions where you should put the file. After that you should have all single player dlc in the game. Only problem is the game is offline and you cannot import your saves in dragon age keep and play multiplayer but on mycase i don`t really care multiplayer. Reply.

If you have installed your DLC, it's possible that it hasn't 'authenticated'. In order to authenticate the DLC, you have to play the game while logged on to the Dragon Age servers at least once.
