I managed to fix the problem by logging into the EA App by clicking on the steam icon above username. It directs you to steam and you just need to follow the instructions indicated. Then just relaunch the game. Many thanks my dude (tte) #8. V Jan 20 @ 5:02am.
Delete the " Origin " folder inside the " Roaming " folder. In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on " AppData ". Open the " Local " folder. Delete the " Origin " folder inside the " Local " folder. Restart your PC. > test. I was then able to redownload the game with all DLC included.
Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app. Scroll to Help. Click App recovery. Select Clear cache. Text language russian is still the only one available. Yes the text will remain but, the voices should be English now. The only way to get text in a language is to buy and install the game from the region you wish. I dowloaded english text files named as russian and replaced the original ones.
My experience from people posting here is it is something with EA Play app, and the game usually works correctly on Origin app. People using subscription from Xbox don't have the option to use Origin, but if you have purchased the game, then you SHOULD be able to use the Origin application.

Download that Profileoptions.rar in message #47, exctract rar file and there is instructions where you should put the file. After that you should have all single player dlc in the game. Only problem is the game is offline and you cannot import your saves in dragon age keep and play multiplayer but on mycase i don`t really care multiplayer. Reply.
If you have installed your DLC, it's possible that it hasn't 'authenticated'. In order to authenticate the DLC, you have to play the game while logged on to the Dragon Age servers at least once.
