With this FPS game is very smooth and at the same time there are no bugs. No need to dig into the drivers videocard to achieve such FPS in Weiss City.
THIS ALSO WORKS FOR VICE CITY AND GTA III but the directory should look like this: C:\ Drive (or local drive) > Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Grand Theft Auto Vice City and for gta iii the same thing with just GTA III on it!

Went into Nvdia control panel went to manage 3d settings, browse and found gta vice city very easily. Turned vertical sync to "on" and now I get a rEfResHing huehuehuehue 60 fps.
